Check on delivery
Please check your package in front of the delivery person. Report any damaged, wrong or expired item within 24 hours of delivery.
Eligible returns
We accept returns for items that were damaged, expired, or different from what you ordered. Opened medicines and cold-chain items (such as insulin) cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days to the original payment method, or by bKash/Nagad for cash-on-delivery orders.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge until the order is shipped. Call our hotline to cancel.
